30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, free from odors such as smoke or perfume, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that have been washed, used, damaged after delivery, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FREE RETURNS

Eligible returns shipped within the United States qualify for free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. No restocking fee applies.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you will receive a full refund of the merchandise price to your original payment method.
